As I wrote in the article below the other day, I've become quite hooked on sugar-free drinks.
As I wrote in that,For people who love sweets but can't stop eating them, I think products containing artificial sweeteners can be a good help.
(Just like someone who has decided to quit smoking might start by switching to lighter cigarettes, and then gradually move down to e-cigarettes.)
So, I'd like to introduce some drinks that I've tried and found delicious.
I bought all of them by the case on Amazon and continued drinking them for a total of about a year.
I'm not sure if it's related, but my body fat percentage, which was around 19% to 20% in October 2016, has dropped to around 13% to 13.5% as of August 2017.
My weight used to be around 70 kg, but now it's around 66 kg.
However, I think this is also due to factors such as getting married, eating more vegetables, reducing the amount of carbohydrates (rice) I eat at dinner to a very small amount, and starting to play amateur baseball again around March...
Buying them in stores can be heavy, and many of the items aren't even readily available, so I recommend buying them on Amazon.
Coca-Cola Zero Caffeine (Coca-Cola): PET bottle
I'm not a big fan of carbonated drinks, but I bought this one because it's sugar-free and caffeine-free.
Since it's a carbonated drink, a 500ml plastic bottle is recommended.
If the quantity is large, it takes a long time to finish drinking it, and the carbonation will go flat.
Back when Pepsi Next was available, it was my favorite cola, but this Coca-Cola comes pretty close to that taste.
The old Coca-Cola Zero wasn't sweet at all and didn't taste good, but this one tastes just as good as regular Coca-Cola thanks to the artificial sweeteners.
Carbonated drinks are a good choice for dieting because you can't drink a lot of them at once.
The carbonation also has a bloating effect, so you can get a pseudo-feeling of fullness.
I bought a case of 24 500ml bottles from Amazon, but I've gotten tired of them by the time I've finished them.
It took about two months and a bit.
I don't usually drink alcohol with dinner, but I occasionally had it with dinner instead of beer.
Kirin Lemon for Adults (Kirin): PET bottle
I got tired of Coca-Cola Zero Caffeine, so this is what I bought next.
Since this is also carbonated, I think it's best to buy it in a 500ml plastic bottle.
It's more refreshing than Coca-Cola, and the lemon's tartness makes it easier to drink.
It's especially recommended during the summer months because its sour taste is never tiring.
As the name suggests, it's not too sweet, so you can drink it like a non-alcoholic lemon chu-hi (Japanese alcoholic beverage).
I was able to finish all 24 bottles in about a month.
At 100 yen per bottle, it's a little more expensive than Coca-Cola, but it's a minor difference.
It's a better option than cola because it also provides vitamin C.
Reasons why we recommend buying a case of "Adult Kirin Lemon"

Wonda Extra Shot 185g (Asahi): Canned coffee
I like my coffee to be only slightly sweetened, so this is the coffee I finally settled on.
I figured that instead of buying sugar-free drinks from vending machines during work or after meals, I might as well buy a whole case of them, so I bought this.
It tastes just as good as regular lightly sweetened coffee, but if you drink it every day, you'll definitely get tired of it.
However, the cheapest ones on Amazon can sometimes be purchased for as little as 50 yen per bottle, so it's definitely economical.

CC Lemon Refresh Zero (Suntory): PET bottle
If you prefer a more indulgent, junk-food-like taste than the "Adult Kirin Lemon" mentioned above, then CC Lemon is also a great option.
This one has a more refined, premium taste, so if you find the regular Kirin Lemon for adults unsatisfying, this is a good choice.
Calpis Zero Calorie Refreshing (Calpis): PET bottle
For those who don't like carbonated drinks, I recommend this Calpis.
It has a cleaner sweetness than regular Calpis, and I prefer this one because it's not too cloying.
Since it's not carbonated, the 1.5L plastic bottle is overwhelmingly more economical.
Since it's not often found in stores, I recommend buying it on Amazon.
