I played "Seirei Denshou," an SRPG Studio game created by Kiyoto Katsuki.
This game is very well-made and includes a complete tutorial for beginners.
This game is recommended not only for those familiar with SRPGs, but also for those playing for the first time.
My completion time on Normal mode was approximately 24 hours.
Game Overview

"Spirit Legend" is a traditional simulation RPG where you raise units and conquer maps.
Like the well-known "Fire Emblem" series, you move your units like pieces on a board to defeat enemies.
This game offers the enjoyment of raising and strengthening unique and diverse companions, as well as the satisfaction of clearing challenging stages.
Regarding difficulty level

You can choose the game's difficulty level at the beginning.
The only differences between Beginner and Normal modes are whether or not you can lose your character and the amount of experience points you gain.
As shown in the image above, the difference between Normal and Hard modes is that various aspects, such as enemy abilities and AI patterns, are enhanced.
If you're familiar with SRPGs, choosing Normal difficulty should be fine.
If you don't want to lose your character, it's recommended to play casually as a beginner.
Whether or not you can save at the start of each turn can be changed individually in the settings.
Disabling saving at the start of a turn will add to the bonus points you receive upon clearing the map.
Additionally, regardless of this setting, there are magic circles on the map where you can save your game.
By using that method, you can save your progress during gameplay.
About the main character

Unusually for an SRPG, you can name the protagonist, who serves as your avatar.
The main character unit doesn't speak any lines in the game, so I think it's easy to empathize with them, much like the protagonists in the Dragon Quest series.
You can choose either male or female, and there are no significant differences between the two options other than the graphics.
(Some lines of dialogue may change depending on the character's gender.)
About the initial members

At the start of the game, you select a few units to take with you on your first mission.
The game features a variety of unit types, including cavalry, archers, mages, and healers.
The units you didn't choose will eventually join your team, but the early game tactics will differ depending on which allies you recruit.
About support conversations

When certain units are deployed on the same map, "support conversations" may occur.
This represents the level of camaraderie between units, and increasing it will raise their support level.
As the support level increases, the status bonuses when units are close to each other become greater.
Unexpected support can occur between units, and this also serves to delve deeper into the backgrounds of those characters.
In version 1.0.36, when I played, only some support conversations were implemented.
If the units are not yet implemented, a message saying "Support relationship established!" will be displayed, and a support relationship will indeed be established, but there will be no dialogue.
I think that once this is completed, the stories between the units will become even richer.
As of November 2021, the final version, Ver 2.0.3, has been released.
About bonus points

You can earn bonus points upon clearing a map based on the number of turns it takes to complete it and the number of strong enemies you defeat.
The bonus points you earn can be distributed to your allied units as experience points or exchanged for valuable items.
By saving them instead of using them, you can aim for a high score after clearing the game, allowing for a more in-depth playthrough.
It's not something to worry about too much, but it's good to keep it in mind depending on your play style.
Review (no spoilers)
I played through the entire game on Normal mode and completed it in about 24 hours.
I was able to thoroughly enjoy training my units and conquering the maps.
I played on Normal difficulty (with save at the start of each turn), and overall, I felt the difficulty was just right.
As the game progresses and you start to get a few units that can change classes among your allies, things will get temporarily easier.
However, the enemies also become stronger as the game progresses, and the difficulty level keeps increasing steadily towards the end, which was a brilliant touch.
While many games tend to become easier once you can change to an advanced class, this game maintains a somewhat challenging balance, which I think demonstrates a high level of game balance.
I thought the balance was just right, with advanced class units reaching their maximum level near the final stage.
Regarding the system aspects, I personally appreciate the generous number of items you can hold.
This game makes it particularly easy to utilize the stealing and capturing mechanics, so units tend to carry a large number of items.
Furthermore, since there are many items that take up inventory slots, such as accessories, shields, and fairies, having a large inventory capacity is very helpful.
Furthermore, the feature that displays not only the items in your inventory but also the items each unit possesses when organizing items is very convenient.
「YggDrasillThis is a feature I first saw in [the game/project], and I find it very convenient, so I would be happy if it could be incorporated into various other works.
Regarding the graphics, all the characters have a consistent art style, and there are also character portraits and variations, giving it a luxurious feel.
The slightly softer art style suited the gentle atmosphere of this work.
The use of a rounded gothic font, among other things, gave the overall impression of a strong attention to design.
The names of the weapons and the dialogue throughout the game show clear respect for other works, such as the "Fire Emblem" and "Final Fantasy" series, and those familiar with the source material will likely find themselves grinning with delight.
While there are generally no elements that carry over after clearing the game, there is an element where you start the game with bonus items such as "Proof of Normal Completion" (experience point boost) if you clear the game on a specific difficulty level.
One thing that bothered me a little was that, in some chapters, you might have to complete a side story before the main story chapters.
For example, the Chapter 5 side story becomes playable after clearing Chapter 5, but the Chapter 11 side story and the Chapter 21 side story will be played before Chapter 11 and Chapter 21, respectively.
My initial impression was that it would be something like, "Complete Chapter n ⇒ Start playing Chapter n Side Story," so that point was a concern for me.
It doesn't particularly hinder gameplay, so there's absolutely no problem.

Strategy Notes (Contains Spoilers)
Overall strategy tips
I played through the first time on Normal difficulty.
Since this difficulty level allows for character loss, I played with the ability to save at the start of each turn.
I haven't thoroughly reviewed the characters, but I did use boss farming on some maps.
Here, I'll share some tips and tricks I learned while playing.
・Utilize the combination of stealing and capturing.
If you play without using the stealing or capturing abilities, you'll likely find yourself running a bit short on money.
I think it's more economical to play by obtaining mass-produced items from enemies instead of buying them from stores.
Also, doping items that you don't really need can be sold when you're short on cash.
・Make use of bonus exchange
Shops that offer bonus point exchanges sell powerful items for the price of the points you get.
If you're not aiming for a high score, actively using this feature will make things easier.
- Make sure to secure all the medals.
When the "medals," which are class change items, become available for purchase, you should buy them even if it means stretching your budget a bit.
Since the number available is limited, it would be a shame to miss the opportunity to get one.
About the initial members
In short, all the members you didn't initially choose will eventually join your party, so it's perfectly fine to choose your favorite members.
However, if we're being picky, since the archer Luca joins your party early in Chapter 1, you might not even need to choose the archer Sumdan.
Since a healer won't join your party until Hikari joins in Chapter 4, it's probably best to add either Honoka or Chris at this point.
・ Utilize the staff of ability enhancement
In this game, you can easily obtain staves that enhance abilities, such as those used by Agat and Deft.
It has a long range and is easy to use, and it's relatively more effective in the early stages of the game.
This will help your staff users gain experience points, and actively using it on front-line units will make the battle easier.
- About the units to raise
While you can deploy 14 units in the final map, there are maps before that that require 4 units x 4 squads = 16 units.
Working backward from there, it's a good idea to narrow down which units you want to develop.
One approach is to start by considering which characters can wield the powerful weapons available in the later stages of the game.
If you train at least one specialist who can handle each weapon type—swords, spears, axes, daggers, etc.—up to S rank, you'll be able to make the most of powerful weapons.
Be aware that there are S-rank swords (Value Shield) that can only be wielded by swordsmen, S-rank spears (Star Spear Eilcrux) that can only be wielded by flying units, and B-rank spears (Daedalus' Spear) that can only be wielded by knights.
- Post-completion evaluation

After clearing the game, a rating like the one shown in the image will be calculated.
It's just one of the elements for those who want to complete the game, so you can play without worrying about it at all.
I think it's fine to be mindful of it as long as you can enjoy it.
Points to note regarding strategy information
In the following sections, I will write strategy notes for each stage.
This section is not intended to provide complete walkthrough information like a strategy wiki.
I'm simply writing down my notes on how I managed to clear the game, for those who find it difficult.
Therefore, things that can be understood by playing the stage are often not explicitly written down.
Also, I think there are many hidden elements that haven't been discovered yet.
Please understand that we are not aiming to be a complete walkthrough site.
Prologue: Combat Tutorial
Added in November 2021:(Information provided by Mofu-sama)
- Training Completion Certificate (※You won't get this if you skip the prologue)
*If the protagonist is holding this item when clearing Chapter 11's side story, additional dialogue with the boss will be added, and a growth rate increase effect will be granted.
(The previous luck bonus +1 and the special notation will be removed, so it will probably be possible to reuse them?)
- If you give Bren's short spear and herbs to the protagonist and clear the game, you can carry them over.
Suitable for cavalry and armored units.
- The scarecrow located north of the member selection room can be attacked.
(Once you defeat it, that's it. Probably nothing happens except for gaining experience points?)
Chapter 1: The Mysterious Girl
If you visit a nearby village, the archer Luca will join your party.
After a few turns, two skeletons will appear from the cave north of your starting position, so be careful.
Visiting the northern village will cause the enemy to retreat, completing the mission.
Added in October 2021(Information provided by Solo Star)
The victory condition states that the leader must visit the town of Canard, but in reality, anyone can visit (and win), so on Hard difficulty or higher, you can leave one unit near the village to gain experience points, and then visit when things get dangerous, allowing you to clear the game with plenty of leeway.
Similarly, in Chapter 1, you can obtain a leather shield, 500G, a medicinal herb, and 10 BP from a house near the starting location.
Furthermore, if you investigate the cave where skeletons appear, you will find a superior herb.
Chapter 2: Departure
The goal is to defeat all enemies to clear the stage.
Please note that visiting the northwestern village will not complete the quest.
If you visit the northern village, the bandit Ham will join your party.
On the enemy's seventh turn, thieves will begin appearing from the fort in the upper center.
If you steal the thief's weapon with ham, you can neutralize him for the time being.
Added in October 2021(Information provided by Solo Star)
"If you search the fort where the thieves appear, you will find the Staff of Stra.
Additionally, you can obtain an arrow apple by exploring the cave where skeletons appear, and you can get a steel axe by visiting the house above the weapon shop and item shop.
Then, if you talk to the two militiamen in the upper right, you'll receive a Speed Ring from the militiaman on the right and a Namitas Fruit from the militiaman on the left.
Chapter 3: The Monster's Lair
As turns pass, reinforcements will appear from the sphere of light at the back and near the entrance, so proceed calmly with everyone.
In areas with many enemies, it's safer to have your front-line units use shields to lure them away.

If you examine the bones in the room below the boss, you can obtain the "Bone Armor".
July 2021 Update: It has been reported that you can obtain a "Damp Torch (Fire Attribute Enhancement)" at the campfire remains just to the upper left of the starting point.
(Information provided anonymously)
Chapter 4 Second person
You start surrounded by enemies, and this map has a very large number of enemies.
For now, let's eliminate the enemy groups one by one to avoid being surrounded by too many enemies at once.
Since enemies equipped with steel armor are appearing frequently, be careful of your defense and remaining HP.
When fighting magic-using enemies, it's dangerous if your magic defense isn't high enough, so be careful not to get attacked by multiple enemies at once.
The boss assassin is a formidable opponent, possessing high attack power and a high chance of landing two attacks.
Let's whittle them down a bit, then concentrate our attacks on them all at once.
Added in January 2022"In Chapter 4, you can get items by visiting the building where Rune appears and the building at the 11 o'clock position in the upper left. The building in the upper left gives you the Staff of Rescue." (Information provided anonymously)
Chapter 5: To the Port Town
There are two routes: one that goes through the forest to the north where a horde of goblins lives, and another that goes through the bandits to the east.
I'm worried about Lilka and Frapan, so I think it would be best to head north.
The chances of being defeated are low because the evasion rate is high, but let's head over to try and start a conversation as soon as possible.
Haleid will join your party for 1000G if you talk to him.
However, reinforcements may appear when dealing with bandits, so it's best to eliminate them first before taking your time to talk to them.
Haleid only wanders around its starting position, so it won't actively come towards you.
Added in July 2021If you talk to Haleid in Ryune, she will tell you that she will pay for your services out of her own pocket, so you won't need to pay any employment fees.
(Information provided anonymously)
Added in November 2021You can obtain gold bars at the Grongi Gang's fortress.
(Information provided by Mofu-sama)
Chapter 5 Side Story: Ancient Ruins
This map features many heavily armored enemies, such as Living Armor.
Deploy units that can use weapons such as awls, battle maces, and magic.
Moving the lever at the end of the path to the right from your starting position will create a passage below your starting position, and enemy reinforcements will appear.
After a while, Nagi, who was among the reinforcements, will defect and join your unit.
The five treasure chests near the starting position contain the following items: Dragon Scales, Flame Sword, Lipierce, Gold Ingot, and Longbow.
The two treasure chests in the adjacent room, connected by a secret passage from that room, contain 2500G and an Elite Certificate.
The six treasure chests at the top center of the map can be accessed through a hidden passage, and contain the following items: Rack Ring, Hammer, Brind, Bracelet of Strength, Magic Fruit, and Gale Feather.
Chapter 6 Defense
This map is quite challenging, so it's a good idea to save your progress after each playthrough.
The houses inside the city walls are quite large, but you can visit them as usual, so go in through the entrance and get the repairs.
The weapon shop and magic shop also sell rare items, so if you have the funds, you should buy them.
Considering Garrow's persuasion, I feel it would be slightly easier to launch an offensive than to remain holed up inside.
In my case, I placed Sebastian and Rune on the left flank, Mirael (I think any vanguard unit would work) and Ham on the right flank, and concentrated the remaining units in the center.
Equipping each unit with weapons strong against enemy armor, such as rapiers, estocs, battle maces, and awls, will significantly improve your speed of eliminating enemies.
Using your bonus points to buy items like Estoc will make things considerably easier.
The fact that you can equip the two thieves with drills is a significant advantage, as it allows you to utilize them as effective fighting units.
If you have Honoka and can use the Staff of Deft, you can strengthen the defense of a suitable unit, equip them with a weapon that is effective against armored units, and have them charge in, and they will defeat many enemies with their counterattacks.
If you advance slowly and carefully, avoiding the attack range of large groups, I think it's possible to capture the boss.
Since Hikari recovers 10 HP every turn, you can use her as a decoy by deliberately entering the enemy's attack range.
Of course, its defensive capabilities are low, so try to avoid being hit by multiple attacks.

Patrick's equipment is appealing, so try to capture him if possible.
If it's too difficult, I think it would be a good idea to steal a Shield Ring with a Thief.
Chapter 7A Two Routes (Inland Route)
Allied units that you didn't select at the start of the game are fighting on the front lines as allied forces.
When you talk to someone as the main character, everyone switches to being a controllable unit.
Even if an ally is killed while charging into the enemy, they will still be alive and rejoin the team after the stage is cleared.
After advancing a certain distance through the mountains, reinforcements of bandits appear from both sides, trapping you in a pincer attack.
Since there are too many enemies to wipe them all out in one turn, it's best to have your strongest units appear first to draw them out.
Around the fifth turn, Imina, the Pegasus Tamer, will appear.
Be careful, because you'll likely be defeated if you charge in alone.
It might be a good idea to use the Chichiku Piram to chip away at the bandits hiding in the mountains and let them gain experience points.
Reinforcements will continuously appear from the cave in the upper right, and finally a boar will appear.
If you search inside the cave, you can obtain "treasure" (which sells for 10,000G), so it's best to eliminate any reinforcements and collect it if possible.
Chapter 7B Two Paths (Coastal Route)
On the second turn, the members you didn't choose at the start of the game will come out of the village as allies.
If the protagonist can speak to any of the characters, all characters will switch to being controlled units.
Compared to the other map, I think it will be easier to strike up a conversation here.
You can get a silver axe by visiting the village.
On turn 5, Imina will appear from the north of the map as an allied reinforcement.
Added in July 2021"There's a gold nugget in the forest in the lower right of the map, but the stationary enemies nearby are incredibly strong, so you might want to ignore it. The bandit leader drops the skill item 'Charge' (or 'Continuous' in the mountain area)."
(Information provided anonymously)
Chapter 8 Magic City
Since all enemies possess terrain-based skills, our terrain effects are ignored.
Even if you wait in the mountains or forests, they will still attack you relentlessly, so be careful.
Using the Staff of Magic Resistance or deploying units with high magic defense will make the battle easier.
It's safest to advance your troops while distinguishing between two types of enemies: those that don't move from their spot and those that move when you enter their attack range.
If you visit the village located to the right of your starting position, they will lower the drawbridge above it.
If you're aiming for the fastest completion time, this route might be quicker.
Be careful, as mages will appear from the fort for a while starting from the enemy's fourth turn.
On the enemy's ninth turn, reinforcements will appear near the pirate in the upper left and target the village to the north.
Visiting the northern village is a requirement for completing the side story, so be careful not to let anyone invade.
You can get a Magic Ring in the northern village.
Chapter 8 Side Story: The Bandit's Hideout
The boss of this quest, Akud, is an advanced class with regeneration skills, making him ideal for grinding experience points by repeatedly defeating him.
It's a good idea to deploy all units with the intention of raising their level cap to the maximum before sending them out into battle.
Having plenty of cheap, low-powered weapons on hand will give you peace of mind financially.
Once you advance a certain distance into the building, the door to the room in the lower left will open, and enemy reinforcements will appear.
At the same time, the door in the upper left opens, and a swordsman begins to approach you.
If we block the entrance to the room, there's nothing to fear.
The three treasure chests lined up contain: Enchanting Dress (Skill: Provoke, Luck +1, Magic Defense +1), Amulet (Uses Magic Defense +2), Mint (Sleep Resistance, Dexterity +1), Instruction Manual (Uses to increase the proficiency of equipable weapons), and Witch Boots (Magic Power +1, Fire Resistance 25).
Added in July 2021"There's a dragon scale (doping item; defense +2) near the campfire site in the upper left of the map." (Information provided anonymously)
Chapter 9: The Mad Dragon Knight
The game starts with the enemy positioned in a way that makes you appear surrounded.
The mountainous terrain will slow down the enemy's advance, but staying in your current position could put you at a disadvantage, so you should move towards the nearest enemy while fighting.
If your flying units are strong enough, you can quickly eliminate the enemies around Julius and use Est's Change Staff or Rescue to clear the stage quickly.
You can complete the quest by talking to Julius, but you can also defeat him if you prefer.
If you visit the house on the left, you will receive a medal (a class change item).
Chapter 10: Recapturing the Royal Capital
This map requires you to choose a route, either clockwise or counterclockwise.
Basically, I think the best route is the one that allows you to gain experience points by taking a direct approach.
Since many of the enemies are undead, deploying units that can use fire magic will make the battle considerably easier.
The reinforcements consist only of mounted archers appearing near the castle; there are no surprise attacks by ambushes.
It would be best to take your time and carefully work your way through it.
You can buy medals for 4000G at the item shop on the map, so be sure to purchase them.
Chapter 11 Side Story: Rescue Operation
Be careful when opening the treasure chest below your starting position, as a mimic will attack you.
It has high attack power, but it also gives a lot of experience points, and you can obtain a Bracelet of Superhuman Strength by defeating it.
In the upper leftmost room, when you open the door, the darkness clears and three zombies and three druids are waiting for you.
The treasure chest contains the Hero's Axe (which attacks twice).
The second treasure chest from the left on the top row contains an amulet.
In the third room from the left on the upper side, there are six treasure chests containing an ancient sword, a medal, a flaming spear, Nardo's perfume (charm resistance and magic defense +1), an arrow apple, and Jul (dagger).
The Hell Rider at the very back is carrying treasure, so you'll definitely want to send out a Thief to steal it.
If the protagonist waits in front of the door at the very back, enemy reinforcements will appear inside the prison after the event.
The boss is a tough opponent, but attacks with silver equipment deal extra damage, so use that to your advantage to defeat him.
You'll receive a medal if you defeat them.
When I fought with the members of the knight order I had initially selected, a pre-battle conversation occurred.
July 2021 Update: It has been reported that you can obtain the axe Morgenstern by examining the shackles in the boss room. (Information provided by Shurin)
Chapter 11: The Flame Demon General
This map requires you to split into two units, one on the left and one on the right, and advance accordingly.
Many enemies only start moving when you enter their attack range, so you should be fine if you proceed slowly.
The treasure chest on the right route contains a Gale Feather and Tama's Bell, while the chest on the left route contains 5000G and a Member Card (necessary to enter the secret shop).
Once you defeat all enemies except the boss, the path to the hall where the boss is located will open.
As you step into the hall, six druids will appear inside.
Furthermore, during the enemy's next turn, two thieves will appear from the stairs behind you.
The thief has gold bars, so be prepared to steal them.
The boss, Prozion, has 170 HP.
However, if you manage to steal the Flame Sword, you won't be able to use any indirect attacks other than the area-of-effect attack of Howlein.
If you stay one square away and concentrate your magic attacks on it, you should be able to defeat it without much trouble.
Chapter 12: The Sword of Betrayal
It would be best to have the members who go to talk to Frain head north, while the rest hold off the enemies at the entrance.
Reinforcements will appear from the entrance, so a reasonable speed of elimination is required.
After a few turns have passed, Bellwood will join your party as a companion, positioned behind your initial location.
You can obtain the Pursuit Ring by having Ryun and Frain talk.
Also, if Bellwood and Frain talk, you will obtain a silver sword.
Added in November 2021: When Sebastian and Frain talk, Sebastian's strength, skill, agility, defense, and magic defense increase by 1 (Nanas(Information from Mr./Ms.)

The secret shop on the left sells medals and long-range attack magic.
With their long range and ease of use, the Hourain and Rizalla will be useful if you have units that can use them.
If you have the money, you should buy it.
The treasure chest on the left contains a Barrier Ring, and the four treasure chests on the right contain a Mage Killer (bow), a medal, a Ripia Resta staff, and 5000G.
When you defeat Bearnote, he will revive as a Minotaur.
Since it has a lot of HP (220), let's take our time and defeat it.
Chapter 13: The Body of the Scorching Sands
This map is a vast desert, making movement difficult.
Flying units, thieves, and magic-using units can move as usual.
Treasures are buried in various locations on the map, and you can acquire them by waiting on top of them.
Basically, they fall on easily recognizable objects like bones or cacti.
There may be other areas buried as well.

A:treasure,B: Circlet (Silence Resistance + Magic Defense & Magic Power +1),C: Pegasus Boots (Movement +2 when used)D: Wings of the GaleE: Namitas Fruit (Uses HP +7),F: Medal,G: Arrow apple,H: (Lower part of the bone with 2 squares) Dragon scale (Used to increase defense by 2),I: (Using the search command) Instruction manualJ: Magic Fruit (Use it to increase your magic power by 2)
The Berserker, Swordmaster, Sniper, and the boss Sazaler each possess valuable equipment.
Try to capture or steal as many as possible to acquire them.
Since the game ends when you eliminate all enemies, if there's anything you still want to do, leave at least one enemy alive.
When you visit the village, you will receive the Misericorde (skill: Mercy - a sword that does not deliver the finishing blow to enemies).
The magic shop quietly sells medals.
Chapter 14: The Dragon's Sanctuary
Since the enemies are all dragon-type, they have high attack power and are tough.
There are two types of dragons: fire dragons and ice dragons, so be careful of elemental attributes when attacking with magic.
The boss is tough, with 210 HP.
The treasure chest on the left contains the Storm Axe, and the treasure chest on the cliff to the right contains a medal.
Either have a flying unit carry the treasure key to retrieve it, or have a unit with lockpicking skills carry it along.
Added in July 2021The dragon to the right of the starting point is holding a dagger (dragon's fang), which you can steal. (Information provided by Shurin)
Added in November 2021The dragon in the lower left with dragon fangs has dragon scales that can be stolen. The flower on the water has a silver axe (left) and a Namitas fruit (right) (Information provided by Nana-s).
Chapter 15: All-Out War
You can either intercept the enemy near your starting position, or you can launch an attack to gain experience points; this map is a good choice for that.
Reinforcements will spawn around the boss, Fermat, so be careful not to get too close, or you'll be attacked during the enemy's turn immediately after they appear.
Be careful, as enemy reinforcements will be strengthened by the surrounding Templar staves before approaching.
If you examine the temple in the lower left, you will obtain a crimson ribbon (which prevents six types of status ailments).
On your eighth turn, allied cavalry units will appear from the north of the boss.
It would be good to make good use of it.
Fermat has a lot of HP, and his Solifereum, a weapon effective both at close and long range, is powerful, so be careful.
The Tarple nearby is troublesome because it uses its staff to put you to sleep.
Let's get rid of them as soon as possible.

Table says something that suggests he'll leave once he's captured them, but don't worry, the capture itself is successful.
Added in July 2021The starting point's tool shop sells medals. (Information provided by Shurin)
Added in August 2021"I obtained the skill 'Evasion' after defeating Fermat in Bellwood," says one anonymous user.
Added in December 2021In version 2.0.3, you cannot obtain the skill in Bellwood unless you talk to him before defeating Fermat.
Also, the content of the battle dialogue changes slightly after the conversation. (Information provided by an anonymous contributor)
Added in November 2021Towns whose gates are closed at the start of the stage will become accessible after reinforcements appear, and visiting them will grant you bonus points. (Information provided by Mofu)
Added in November 2021: Talking to Fermat and Bellwood increases your magic power by 1. Talking to one of the Pegasus Knights who come as reinforcements will get you a Gale Feather. Similarly, talking to one of the Magic Warriors will get you a Magic Fruit. (Information provided by Nana-s)
Chapter 16 Side Story: The Smuggling Ship
This is a map of the sea.
You might think that flying units would be useful, but since the enemy has artillerymen and Arbalest units, it's difficult for them to be fully effective.
Garrow's abilities are boosted specifically for this map, so even if you haven't trained him before, he should become reasonably strong.
Around the third turn of the enemy, enemies will appear from the stairs on the right side of the center of their ship.
On the enemy's fourth turn, a large number of enemies will appear from the underside of your ship at its starting position and board it.
The reinforcements are surprisingly strong, so be careful with your weapons when you fight.
The shrine maidens surrounding the boss are well-equipped, so we'd like to capture them.
However, be careful as their status-altering staff is troublesome, and their Prayer skill makes them tough.
The treasure chest contains the Sleeping Sword, Puuji (axe), Japanese bow, 15,000G, Luck Ring, and a medal.
Added in July 2021"There's a secret shop on the lower ship, down the stairs on the right. The goods were one of each doping item." (Information provided anonymously)
Chapter 16: The Port Town of Harpa
The game begins with forces dispersed throughout the town.
Many of the human enemies, aside from monsters, are formidable units, so the protagonist, who hasn't yet class-changed, might be a liability.
First, let's move our forces to consolidate.
Once our allies join up, we won't have much trouble if we stick together and take them down.
Let's wait until the reinforcements have arrived before we start fighting.
After clearing the game, the protagonist will change classes to become a hero.
Added in December 2021(Information provided anonymously) You can get a light blue ribbon at a house (with a sign above it) almost directly above the protagonist's starting position, and an item (I think it's the Staff of Confuse) at the inn (with an INN sign) to the right of the protagonist.
Chapter 17 Hilde Fortress
This map is dangerous to attack head-on, as it's filled with shooters and snipers wielding arbalests.
Use long-range magic like Hourein or Rizara to eliminate some of the shooters before opening the door and proceeding slowly.
On your fifth turn, enemy reinforcements will appear at the bottom of the screen near your starting position.
Since there are shooters present, be careful, as you could be shot from behind if your advance is incomplete.
If they're nearby, it would be best to defeat them all before advancing.
Reinforcements will continuously appear from the internal staircase.
Be careful to prevent unprotected units from being attacked as soon as they appear.
The treasure chest in the upper left contains the Hero's Bow, and the three treasure chests in the upper right contain the Hero's Axe, Hero's Sword, and Hero's Spear.
These are all useful weapons that allow you to attack twice, so be sure to collect them all.
The secret shop located on the stairs in the upper right sells magical weapons such as the Flame Sword and the Inferno Spear.
Chapter 18: The Ritual Altar
This map involves advancing from two directions.
There's a gate at the beginning that calls in enemy reinforcements, so you'll want to deal with that quickly.
Once you advance to around the halfway point, an event will occur, and reinforcements will begin arriving from the towers on either side of the boss.
Reinforcements will also appear from the central treasure chest area, so you'll need to intercept them and collect the treasure.
The treasure chest on the left contains the Wind Hat (resistance to being unable to attack & movement +1).
(The "Robe of Tranquility" you get by defeating nearby enemies, and other things, really give off a Dragon Quest vibe.)
The two treasure chests on the right contain Minalipia and Chris.
The four treasure chests in the center contain advanced magic spells of each element: Girabolt, Halba Sheri, Houma Sult, and Aslo Crysta.
King Porselkus has a high HP of 360, and his attacks with the Graciza, a weapon effective both at close and long range, are painful.
It's probably best to gradually whittle them down with weapons that have a range of 3 or similar.
Added in November 2021: Even if you capture Hikari, it's not game over and you get a lot of experience points, so characters with the ability to slip through or flying can earn experience points if they have the opportunity (Information provided by Nana-s).
Chapter 19: The Battle for Loslo Village
You can gain experience points by talking to villagers.
Let's rescue everyone by the second turn at the latest.
Since reinforcements keep coming in constantly on this map, it's a good idea to position your allies at each reinforcement point to hold them off.
The enemy generally consists of tough units, and their attack power should not be underestimated.
Even advanced classes that have undergone class changes can sometimes be difficult to deal with, so be careful.
While it's possible to defeat the boss Nebiros in one go, it takes several turns to defeat him because he has area-of-effect magic and high HP.
If you use up all of the area-of-effect attacks from Lizarra and steal Kiraiza, the range of their attacks will be reduced to just 1, allowing you to fight them indirectly without taking any counterattacks.
When Lyra and Nebiros engaged in combat, a pre-battle conversation occurred, and I learned the Counter skill.
Added in July 2021Apparently, if you defeat the boss by reducing its HP to zero without letting it retreat, you can obtain rings and skills. (Information provided anonymously)
Added in November 2021: Tama's bell is on the flower in the upper left of the inn (Information provided by Mofu-sama)
Added in November 2021: Talking to Flapin and Flamel increases Flapin's skill and agility by 1 (Information provided by Nana-s)
Chapter 20: Wind and Water
This map involves advancing from two directions.
The individual enemy units are quite strong, so it's best to proceed cautiously and avoid charging in too aggressively, even with your ace units.
The Jamel soldiers, who are the ones destroying the walls, are positioned in a tricky spot, but we want to clear the stage without defeating them in order to get the survival reward.
Since your weapon has limited ammunition, it's a good idea to intentionally take damage to make the enemy run out of ammo.
If you clear the stage without defeating any of the enemies, you will receive a rainbow ribbon and treasure.
Be careful, as the enemy Siren will use "Sing" to allow your enemies to act again.
The enemy being able to act again was something I don't often see in other games, so it was a refreshing experience.
The treasure chest above contains 5000G and a Mimic (treasure).
Be careful, as you'll likely encounter reinforcements of High Demons around this point.
There is a pitfall at the bottom of the stairs in the castle where the bosses are located, and if you wait there, you will take 30 damage.
This can cause quite a bit of damage, so be careful.
The goal is to defeat either Lizaly or Fonbi to clear the stage.
Added in July 2021Just like in the previous chapter, if you can defeat the boss by reducing its HP to zero without letting it retreat, you can obtain rings and skills.
Also, there's a secret shop and silver equipment behind a door slightly to the upper right of the center.
(Information provided anonymously)
Added in November 2021Wait on the bones near the broken weapon (near where the Half-Cat is) and an enemy will appear; defeat it to obtain the Great Bow and Bone Armor (information provided by Mofu-sama).
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Magic Sword of Flame
Since the enemies generally have high HP, even small numbers of them will likely result in lengthy battles.
Most enemies are resistant to fire attacks, so attack them with attacks of other elements.
If there were an attack method that exploited its weakness, ice, I think the battle would be much easier.
Reinforcements may appear when you are waiting at a specific point, such as on a bridge.
The enemies aren't actively moving towards you, so don't try to force your way in; instead, take them down one by one as you advance.
The treasure chests contain, in order of proximity to the starting point, a Flame Sword, a Flame Shield, a Flame Bow, and a Blazing Spear.
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Two Divine Spears
The main enemies are flying dragons with over 300 HP.
Therefore, try to equip your units with dragon-effective weapons, such as Dragon Blades, whenever possible.
The speed of annihilation is on a completely different level.
High demons aren't that scary, but sirens that can make you act again from a distance are troublesome.
Since they maintain a moderate distance, it's best to defeat them with long-range attacks.
The treasure chest in the upper right contains Mjolnir, and the treasure chest on the left contains the treasure itself.
Added in August 2021:
"Examine the flower in the water's edge in the lower left to obtain a gold nugget."
"Examine the flower in the water's edge in the lower right to obtain the Hero's Axe." (Information provided anonymously)
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Destructive Sword
Sandworm reinforcements will continuously emerge from the hole.
Attacking from a distance is difficult because of its poisonous breath, so I think it's easier to engage in close combat.
The treasure chest in the upper left contains Pandora's Box (5000G when defeated), the treasure chest in the upper right contains an Electromagnetic Spear, the treasure chest in the upper center contains the Sword of Earth, the one in the lower right contains a Speed Ring, the one in the lower left contains another Pandora's Box (5000G when defeated), and the one in the center contains Orichalcum.
Pandora's Box is a formidable enemy with high attack power and evasion, so open it only when you have multiple allies around.
Added in November 2021: Bones near two holes (reinforcement points): Gold nuggets (information provided by Mofu-sama)
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Saint's Staff
Medusa, who can turn you to stone, is a troublesome enemy.
Due to its ambush skill, it will definitely launch a preemptive attack if its HP is below 70%, so be careful.
If you don't want to be turned to stone, it's best to fight from a distance.
As with other maps, the Siren's ability to act again is troublesome, so you need to be careful not to take unexpected consecutive attacks.
The contents of the treasure chest, from left to right, are Fimbul, Glacier Shield, Glacier Axe, and Sky Blue Ribbon.
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Bow That Pierces the Heavens
Many tough enemy units, such as Chimeras and Cockatrices, are deployed here.
Harpies have relatively low HP, but their high agility makes them difficult to counterattack, so be careful.
The treasure chests, from left to right, contain a Rack Ring, a Rapha Lime, and a Celestial Bow Bulge.
Rackling and Raphalime attempt to steal the contents of the Thief's body and make their escape.
Rapha Lime, in particular, is difficult to obtain unless you get it back early, so if you want it, you should actively pursue it.
The Heavenly Bow Bulge is found in an empty treasure chest, but you can obtain it by pressing a switch afterward, which completes the level.
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Wind of Courage
Hydras are tough and have super regeneration, so if you're going to defeat them, you should do it in one turn.
Dragon-slaying weapons like the Dragon Blade are highly recommended as they can inflict significant damage.
At the end of the enemy's fifth turn, a Lamia with the Lizarra ability will appear near the boss.
The treasure chest near the Hydra contains treasure, the treasure chest to the right of the entrance contains a Babal Cross, and the one in the bottom right contains a Skill Ring.
Chapter 21 Side Story: Phantom of Darkness
Our allies, the Tarple, are under enemy attack.
While you can restore HP several times with spirit potions, leaving it unattended is dangerous.
While charging forward with full force, let's use units capable of long-range attacks to eliminate enemies near Tarple.
After clearing the game, Tarple will join your party.
The treasure chest contains Katakaos, a Fragment of Death, and treasure.
Chapter 21 Side Story: Divine Sword Technique
This map is where you fight against your own illusions.
While there aren't many enemies, each one is quite strong.
The boss is particularly strong, perhaps the strongest we've encountered in any map so far, so make sure to fully utilize your support abilities during the fight.
Since they don't have any means of indirect attacks, you can easily fight them by attacking from one square away.
Since a large amount of HP is recovered each turn, it may take some time.
Added in July 2021Apparently, when the protagonist defeats the boss, they learn the skill "Evasion".
(Information provided anonymously)
Added in November 2021When two identical characters fight, a conversation occurs. Afterwards, skills are acquired.
The skills acquired are as follows:
Malef... "Re-action"
Ham... "Finishing move nullified"
Sumdang... "Furious"
Lawrence... "Pursuit"
Julius... "Pursuit"
Ribery... "Pursuit"
Est... "Master of the Staff"
Chris... "Cutting your losses"
Rivera... "Fatal"
Hamel - "Re-instruction" (Allows surrounding units that have already acted to move again. Up to 2 times per map)
Sebastian... Obtained the "Knight King's Shield" instead of a skill. Exclusive to Sebastian and Bellwood.
Its performance is due to the skill "Special Attack Nullification".
Defense and Magic Defense +3
Fire, Water, Wind, and Lightning +5
Haleid... "Rapid Fire"
Garo... "Charge"
Protagonist... "Decisive Move" (Not during combat, but when the protagonist delivers the finishing blow)
(Information provided by a passerby)
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Dark and Deep Labyrinth
This quest map is reminiscent of the Deep Dungeon from "Final Fantasy Tactics" or the Palace of the Dead from "Tactics Ogre."
You clear the level by eliminating all enemies, but the next map won't appear until you find the stairs to proceed.
It's okay to eliminate them all after you find the stairs.
The stairs leading further ahead are located in the dead end at the bottom left.
The Hero's Sword, Hero's Spear, Hero's Axe, Hero's Bow, and Scorpio can be found lying on glowing mushrooms and pebbles.
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Dark and Deep Labyrinth B2F
The boss, Cursed Chaser, is a formidable opponent.
If you haven't defeated the Siren, the boss will be allowed to act again, making the attacks considerably more intense.
One option would be to steal only what you need and then quickly head down the stairs.
The stairs leading further ahead are located near the glowing mushroom to the lower right of the magic circle in the upper right corner.
You can obtain the Valiant Knife, Blood Sword, Orichalcum, Genji Gauntlets, and Pursuit Ring from glowing mushrooms and rocks.
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Dark and Deep Labyrinth B3F
Since there are many enemies that use status ailments such as Medusa's petrification and confusion, make sure you keep Stra's Staff with you as before.
The items you can obtain by standing on glowing mushrooms or rocks are Warp, Rune Axe, Wind Demon Shuriken, Genji Helmet, and Aegis Shield.
The stairs leading further ahead are located near the glowing mushroom, slightly to the right of the magic circle at the bottom of the map.
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Dark and Deep Labyrinth B4F
This map is dimly lit and difficult to see.
Since there are many Living Armor-type enemies, you can easily fight them if you prepare weapons that are effective against heavy armor and have fire attribute.
The items you can obtain by standing on glowing mushrooms or rocks are the Genji Shield, Yoichi's Bow, Murakumo Sword, Daedalus' Spear, and Iga Ninja Sword.
The stairs are the glowing mushroom located in the upper right.
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Dark and Deep Labyrinth B5F
The boss, Cursed Chaser, is a formidable opponent.
Equipping your strongest unit with items like the Aegis Shield or Genji Shield, and fighting solely on counterattacks, will allow you to fight relatively safely.
The items you can obtain by standing on glowing mushrooms or rocks are the Butterfly Rapier, Genji Armor, Adamant Messer, Lightsaber, and Masamune.
The stairs leading ahead are indicated by the glowing mushroom in the lower right.
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Dark and Deep Labyrinth B6F
We've finally reached the deepest part.
Each of the Cursed enemies is boss-level strong, so use the narrow passages and fight cautiously.
Equip units that will act as walls with high-quality shields to prevent them from being defeated.
The boss, Lucifer, is undeniably a formidable opponent.
It possesses a variety of skills and can also recover HP using the sun and super regeneration.
If you eliminate all enemies except Lucifer and set up one character to act as a decoy to absorb ranged attacks, you'll have less to worry about when the enemy attacks during their turn.
Let's concentrate our attacks with units equipped with divine-class weapons.
You can obtain Orichalcum, Gungnir, Excalibur, Rosario Hawk (an axe), and Hell's Ballista from the glowing mushrooms.
Chapter 21: To the Battlefield
On the enemy's second turn, enemy reinforcements suddenly appear behind you.
Be careful, as units that are easily defeated will be wiped out very quickly if you place them in that position.
Since the main route is through deserts, the progress speed will be slower for units other than mages and flying units.
On the other hand, the enemy consists mainly of flying units, making them difficult to attack, so compensate for this by using long-range weapons.
Added in July 2021:「In Chapter 21, if the conditions are met, an EX quest will appear after a "conversation confirmation." Currently, it is probably impossible to unlock unless you play on Hard difficulty or higher. (From the official tweet)
Added in November 2021: There's a secret shop in the desert in the mountains in the upper right of the map. The items for sale are 5 of each type of doping and 1 of each type of S-rank magic (information provided by Nana-s).
Chapter 22 Pandemonium
This map requires you to divide your troops into four groups and advance accordingly.
The initial enemy placement is the same in every section, so distribute your forces strategically to maintain balance.
The enemy will act once you enter their attack range, so fight without panicking.
The Coeurl's blaster's paralysis attack is subtly troublesome, so make sure any units that can use staves are always equipped with a Stratos so they can heal each other across different areas.
The Death Rider that follows will unleash a guaranteed special attack when its HP drops below 70% due to its Grudge skill.
This enemy is extremely dangerous, so don't underestimate it.
Stepping on the four switches will unlock the next room.
Leave only one button for last, and press the switch with the unit with the lowest combat power to launch an attack on the Four Demon Generals.
All four Demon Generals are formidable opponents, but I remember Fonbi, with his particularly high agility, being especially tough.
It's dangerous to let your opponent take a turn, so try to defeat them in one turn if possible.
Chapter 23: The Decisive Battle
This is the final battle.
After you launch an attack on the Demon Lord once, an event will occur and you will be able to attack him again.
Reinforcements will appear from the surrounding stones, so it's easier if you block them with units that don't have divine artifacts.
The Demon Lord will attack many units with Judgment's area-of-effect attack, but you can fully heal them using Estoheal, so don't hesitate to use it every turn.
Unit usage impressions (contains spoilers)
In this playthrough (on normal difficulty), I'll be writing about my impressions of using the units I've trained for my main team and reserves.
I have made some money by using Bosschik, but I haven't really looked into it thoroughly.
I have the impression that any unit can become strong if you train them, so in my next playthrough, I plan to focus on using the units I didn't train this time.
- Protagonist (male)

Our protagonist is quiet but charming, with a playful side to his choices.
In the early stages, his growth seemed average, and he performed rather unremarkably well.
Because my class change was slower than others (Chapter 16), I often ran out of steam in the middle of the game.
However, after class change, combined with the strength of the divine weapon, he became an extremely reliable ace.
Until I obtained Skill Sting, I used to combine a worn-out Hero's Sword with Orichalcum to create the King's Sword, which I loved to use.
According to the glossary, the first user of Skill Sting was Rail Ragnart, the founder of Elbarant, so it is thought that the protagonist is of the same lineage.
It is said that the King of Elbarant's child went missing and his fate is unknown for over ten years, so he is probably a prince.
The interesting part is that it's left to the player's imagination whether the assassin sent him without knowing he was his own son, or whether he became an obstacle because there was another heir to the throne.
・Hikari

Thanks to the "Regeneration" skill, I was able to use her not only as a healer but also as a decoy.
In terms of abilities, she is similar to Est, possessing high capabilities as a magic attacker.
There's a gap between changing classes and rejoining the party, but thanks to elite skills, growth is rapid.
With powerful long-range magic like Dagsodia and the divine artifact Dark Mirage, he's more than capable as a magic attacker.
・Mirael

I liked her visually, so I added her as one of the original members.
While its agility and skill were high, its strength and defensive growth were somewhat lacking, making it a difficult unit to use on the front lines.
I considered changing to a Unicorn, but ultimately chose Paladin to compensate for my lacking stats.
Since I started acquiring magical weapons like the Flame Sword and the Inferno Spear, my inherent high magical power has made them much easier to use.
With the ability to attack both directly and at a distance, and decent magic defense, this character has become an attacker that can confidently take on even magic users.
While I have some concerns about his toughness, I feel he has become a holy knight worthy of wielding Excalibur.
I played the game imagining a love triangle between the main character, Mirael Lyra, and the other character.
・Lia

I chose this character as an initial member because I like their personality.
In the early stages of the game, thanks to the ease of using magic attacks, she excelled as a magic attacker.
Because of the good growth in combat-related abilities such as magic power, skill, and agility, he was the first in my army to class change.
The increased movement speed was appealing, so I chose to change my class to Mage Knight.
The long-range Rizara has slightly lower power, but its ease of acquisition made it very useful.
He remained a key player until the very end, using Mjolnir at close range and providing healing in emergencies.
I like characters who don't hide their affection for the protagonist and actively try to win it over.
Luca

I trained him as my army's first archer, but due to his low strength, he was temporarily dropped from the starting lineup.
However, with the use of power rings and doping items, he managed to regain his starting position.
The fact that there were no other archers in my army meant I could monopolize a powerful bow, which worked to my advantage.
The Japanese bow, in particular, was very useful and easy to use, offering a range of 2-5 and serving as a superior alternative to the longbow.
Ultimately, he made excellent use of a variety of weapons, including the Hero's Bow, the Bulge Bow, and Yoichi's Bow, switching between them as needed.
I believe I am male.
Added in November 2021Luca doesn't take damage even when hit by a Screwdriver (female-specific attack)... (Information provided by Nana-s)
·ham

Initially, he was only good at picking locks, but as he grew physically in Boschik, he took on the important role of "stealing."
I considered switching to the combat-focused Assassin class, but ultimately chose the Nightblade class because it allows for repositioning after being moved.
By stealing enemy weapons on the front lines and then retreating to a safe zone, it has become possible to steal more safely.
While its combat power is somewhat modest, its high evasion rate means it's not easily defeated, so it wasn't a major concern.
・Ryuun

Initially, they were used as support and healers, relying on their charismatic abilities.
Although their fighting strength was somewhat lacking, I patiently nurtured them, believing that the only four characters with Featherie would surely receive some kind of advantage.
While acquiring Flamecruz made it considerably stronger, it ultimately didn't become incredibly powerful; it ended up being positioned as a moderately useful unit.
However, considering it's a staff-wielding unit capable of powerful attacks, I have no particular complaints.
・Frappan

His strength developed quickly, and we trained him to become an axe specialist.
After much deliberation, I decided on Captain, a class change that allows me to use Stock and Charisma and matches the character's image.
He played a pivotal role in the attack, leading from the front lines until the very end.
・ Haleid

I started raising this unit a little later than the others, but it eventually grew into one of the top two attackers.
While all units' movement speed increases several times, Haleid's movement speed did not increase, resulting in a somewhat slower advance.
Perhaps I should have boosted my movement speed.
Garo

These are the reserve members who are called upon when 16 people are deployed.
The agility stat increased surprisingly well, so the overall user experience wasn't bad.
This unit could have become the ace attacker, replacing Haleid and Flapan.
I didn't have many opportunities to use my bargaining skills in the later stages of the game, partly because there were fewer shops on the map.
Izelia

I had been raising it for a while, but then another unit I wanted to use came along, so it got pushed aside.
I envisioned using it to accompany Julius as a recovery unit for the air force.
The growth rate was good, so I think it will be strong once fully grown.
Imina

This unit grows more aggressively and has a higher growth rate than Izelia.
For the same reason as Imina, she was pushed out due to the limited number of deployment slots.
Like Izelia, she should become quite strong if you train her.
Added in November 2021:Using Enlil Knight seems to make dealing with long-range archers easier because it grants the ability to cut your losses. (Information provided by Mofu)
Eve

This is a flying unit that joins the team with a fairly complete set of abilities from the start.
If you haven't trained the other two at all, I think Eve will be a valuable asset right away.
Although her stats are slightly lower than her sisters', her growth rate itself seemed fine.
Visually, she's my favorite of the three sisters, and I love that she's capable but has a terrible sense of direction.
Rivera

As expected of someone touted as a genius, he develops quickly with elite skills and becomes strong as expected.
Fire-based magic proved very effective, as many enemies are weak to it.
Houline's long-range attacks are powerful.
July 2021 Update: "It looks like Dark Mage is the only option! ...Or so you might think, but in Chapter 21 Gaiden, which is added on Hard difficulty and above, you will need Warrior Priestess Libera. It's a trap." (Information provided anonymously)
『In Chapter 21, if you meet the conditions, an EX quest will appear after a "conversation confirmation." Currently, it seems that it is probably impossible to unlock unless you play on Hard or higher (according to the official tweet), so one of the conditions is the Battle Priestess of Libera. That might be the case.
・ Ribéry

Like Rivera, it grows quickly and becomes strong in general.
Because I made him a Mage Knight, his growth limit is somewhat low, but he has become quite strong.
While ice magic is generally perceived as being less powerful than other elemental magic, its advantage lies in the numerous status ailments it can inflict that render opponents immobile.
・Est

When she first appeared, she was introduced purely as a healer.
However, as he grew older, his abilities as a magic attacker became top-notch.
In the later stages of the game, when many enemies are weak to light-element attacks, this unit becomes incredibly reliable.
The long-range magic spell Rakirael has a long range of 3 to 9, making it easy to use and helpful for eliminating distant enemies.
Of course, the complete healing effect of Estoheal is also useful.
Perhaps because her support with Julius reached A, it seems she sets off on a journey with him in the epilogue.
She has sparkling eyes and is a woman who shines with the radiance of a princess.
・ Julius

They have high abilities from the moment they appear, and they get stronger and stronger as they grow.
Ultimately, it can neutralize bow-based attacks and, with the divine artifact equipped, becomes quite strong against physical attacks.
Conversely, it is weak against magic attacks and status ailments, so you'll want to take precautions against status effects.
In Ham, I went around opening treasure chests and other items that I couldn't retrieve myself.
Hamel

I had the opportunity to develop him a bit as a reserve player.
The support effects provided by command skills are very appealing.
Since they can handle a variety of weapons, if you properly train them, they might be able to be used in many different ways.
Table

When he first appeared as an enemy, I thought he was the mastermind behind everything, but that wasn't the case at all.
Since the staff's weapon level is S, it can be an immediate asset when there aren't enough healers.

>> "Proof of Normal Clear" (Experience Points Increase)
I'm going to try to clear the game starting with the easiest difficulty level, anticipating that there will be a reward exclusive to beginners who clear it.
Even in beginner mode, the enemy's strength itself doesn't change, so in the later stages, when your allies' strength reaches its limit, the difficulty becomes comparable to normal mode.
I wish you the best of luck!
That was a really interesting film!
It seems like updates are still being made, so I'd like to play it again once it's finished.
Thank you for your comment.
It seems that support conversations are still being added, and minor bug fixes and balance adjustments are being made.
Once things have calmed down, please give it a try.
Luca... But he's a man!
Now that you mention it, she has the same name and similar background as Luka from Steins;Gate.
If Luca's support conversations are implemented, this setting might be explored in more detail.
I'm looking forward to it.
I have very little experience with SRPGs, but personally, I found the "capture" mechanic very refreshing.
I was like, "Whoa, whoa!" when Frapan destroyed the weapon while trying to capture the enemy (lol).

In Chapter 21, the protagonist defeats the boss in the side story "Divine Sword Technique" to acquire the "Evasion" skill.
I apologize if this is unnecessary information or if you already knew about it.
Thank you for your comment.
I think the balance of Spirit Legend is amazing, making it enjoyable even for players with little experience in SRPGs.
Thanks to the "Capture" command, even if an enemy has powerful weapons, it's not so intimidating, right?
It's a shame that someone who dreams of being a treasure hunter would destroy valuable weapons (lol).
Thank you for the information!
I'll add that to the article right away.
I'll also use the image of the secret shop, since I have it, but please let me know if there are any problems.
Since they're accepting information submissions, here are a few things I noticed while playing.
This information is based on versions up to around Ver1.0.4X, and may have changed since then, so please understand.
Chapter 3: Just above and to the left of the starting point, near the remains of a campfire, you will find a damp torch (accessory; enhances fire attribute).
Chapter 5: If you talk to Haleid in Rune, she will pay you out of her own pocket, eliminating the need for employment fees.
Chapter 7 (Coastal Route): There is a gold nugget in the forest in the lower right of the map, but the stationary enemies nearby are extremely strong, so you might want to ignore it. The bandit leader drops the skill item "Charge" (or "Continuous" in the mountain route).
Chapter 8 Side Story: There is a dragon scale (doping item; defense +2) at the campfire site in the upper left of the map.
Chapter 16 Side Story: There is a secret shop on the lower ship, down the stairs on the right. The items for sale were one of each doping item.
Rivera: It looks like Dark Mage is the only choice! ...Or so you might think, but in Chapter 21 Gaiden, which is added on Hard difficulty and above, you'll need Rivera the War Priestess. A trap.
Thank you for the information!
The information you provided has been added to the article.
It seems they still haven't had enough fun, and there's so much they don't know.
Hello, I'll jump on the bandwagon since there seems to be some information available.

Defeating Fonbi earns you a Speed Ring+ (no gems).
Both Chapter 19 and Chapter 20 appear to be written in a way that suggests skill acquisition is involved,
I suspect the website owner misunderstood the information provider's explanation of the skills.
Chapter 21 Side Story: Divine Sword Technique - The protagonist acquires skills by defeating his own illusions.
Other enemies can also be fought by the player themselves (one battle is enough, defeating them is not necessary).
This includes acquiring additional skills and additional items.
Hamel, in particular, is useful for granting an extra action effect to all four adjacent units (limited to twice per map).
Thank you for the information.
I have made corrections and additions to the relevant sections of each article.
Information regarding the side story in Chapter 11 was not available, so it has not been added.

Examine the flower in the water's edge in the lower right to obtain the Hero's Axe.
Thank you for the information, as always.
I will add this to the article.
Chapter 15
I obtained the skill "Evasion" after defeating Fermat in Bellwood.
Thank you for the information.
I will add this to the article.
Version 2.0.3
You cannot obtain Bellwood's skill unless you talk to him before defeating Fermat.
Also, the content of the battle dialogue will change slightly after the conversation.
Thank you for the information.
I've added this to the strategy guide notes.
Hello. I learned about this game here.
This might seem a bit late, but I've found several hidden items, so I wanted to share the information.
Chapter 1
Reinforcement Point - Cave: Superior Herb
Chapter 2
Reinforcement Point/Fortress: Stra
Reinforcement Point - Cave: Arrow Apple
Chapter 4
There are two houses with open doors, and if you wait there, you can receive items or something (I forget what you get).
Chapter 5
Bandit Fortress: Gold Nuggets
It seems like there are hidden items in most of the outdoor maps, in locations unrelated to reinforcement points or victory conditions.
Thank you for the information.
I was late in noticing your comment because it was marked as spam.
I have added any information that does not overlap with other information provided to the strategy notes.
thank you very much.
Chapter 1
The victory condition states that the leader must visit the town of Canard, but in reality, anyone can visit (and win) it. So, on Hard difficulty and above, you can leave one unit near the village to gain experience points, and then visit when things get dangerous, allowing you to clear the game with plenty of leeway.
Similarly, in Chapter 1, you can obtain a leather shield, 500G, a medicinal herb, and 10 BP from a house near the starting location.
Furthermore, if you investigate the cave where skeletons appear, you will find a superior herb.
Chapter 2
Searching the fort where thieves appear will reveal the Staff of Stra.
Additionally, you can obtain an arrow apple by exploring the cave where skeletons appear, and you can get a steel axe by visiting the house above the weapon shop and item shop.
Then, if you talk to the two militiamen in the upper right, you will receive a Speed Ring from the militiaman on the right and a Namitas Fruit from the militiaman on the left.
Thank you for the information.
I've added this to the strategy guide notes.
Chapter 3
While not present in Easy or Normal mode, from Hard mode onwards, zombie reinforcements will appear from the entrance of the room with the damp torch, located to the left of the starting point.
If you have Leia as one of your initial characters, you can use the Fire Grimoire, which will make the game much easier.
Chapter 4
You can visit bars and houses with open entrances.
You can get BP15 at the tavern, and a Rescue Staff at a house with an open entrance.
While this can be a challenging early stage due to reinforcements arriving and the initial large number of enemies, the enemy groups are spread out, so you can fight safely by gathering your troops in one place and engaging them one unit at a time.
At the start of the enemy's 5th turn, 4 archers appear from the entrance below the town.
Two fighters will come from the left entrance at the start of the enemy's 9th and 10th turns, so it is recommended that you stay as far away from that location as possible.
The boss is an assassin with high base stats, and he uses poison bottles to enhance his abilities when you get close, so fighting him directly will be difficult. However, if you use the Staff of Stra, which you obtained in Chapter 2, you can negate the ability boost from the poison bottles.
Since they are carrying kunai, caution is advised when providing covering fire from a distance.
The key to success is having a character with a reasonably high defense use an iron shield to act as a decoy.
I cleared it on Beginner difficulty... but it seems there's no proof of completion, unlike with the other difficulty levels?
In the later stages of the game, the balance relies on using powerful weapons without hesitation, assuming you have characters with the ability to move again, so the party members tend to become fixed.
(As a side note, if you make Imina an Enlil Knight, she gains the ability to evade attacks, which is useful because it allows her to actively take down long-range archers. The staff is also handy for emergencies.)
If you have multiple characters with Support A, you'll get the ending with the character who has the highest priority. So, if you want to see an ending for a specific pair or character, it's a good idea to intentionally let them get incapacitated in the final stage to adjust the outcome.
(Characters that fall under the defeat conditions are out of the question, though...)
In my next playthrough, I tried using Sumdan, and he seems to be quite favored. He can move again even in his lower class, and if you make him an initial member and trigger a base conversation after Haleid joins, an event occurs that increases the growth rates of both of them.
[Hidden Items] (*Items that do not currently have duplicate content)
Chapter 5
Grongi Gang's Fortress: Gold Nuggets
Chapter 15
Towns whose gates are closed at the start of the stage become accessible after reinforcements appear, and visiting them will grant you bonus points.
Chapter 19
Flower in the upper left of the inn: Tama's Bell
Chapter 20
Wait on the bones near the broken weapon (near where the Halfcat is) to make enemies appear, then defeat them: Great Bow & Bone Armor
Chapter 21 Side Story: The Destructive Sword
Bones near the two holes (reinforcement points): Gold nuggets
...And, is this also a kind of hidden item?
Prologue:
Thank you for the information.
I believe this isn't just a beginner-level element, so I'll add it to my strategy notes.
Certificate of Completion of Training for Chapter 11 Side Story
I believe the certificate I obtained here and the protagonist's training completion certificate are different.
After completing the side story, if the protagonist still possesses the certificate, it will be in the warehouse.
The version is 2.0.3.
Chapter 21 Side Story: "Divine Sword Technique"
When two identical characters fight, a conversation occurs. After that, you acquire a skill.
The skills acquired are as follows:
Malef... "Re-action"
Ham... "Finishing move nullified"
Sumdang... "Furious"
Lawrence... "Pursuit"
Julius... "Pursuit"
Ribery... "Pursuit"
Est... "Master of the Staff"
Chris... "Cutting your losses"
Rivera... "Fatal"
Hamel - "Re-instruction" (Allows surrounding units that have already acted to move again. Up to 2 times per map)
Sebastian... Obtained the "Knight King's Shield" instead of a skill. Exclusive to Sebastian and Bellwood.
Its performance is due to the skill "Special Attack Nullification".
Defense and Magic Defense +3
Fire, Water, Wind, and Lightning +5
Haleid... "Rapid Fire"
Garo... "Charge"
Protagonist... "Decisive Move" (Not during combat, but when the protagonist delivers the finishing blow)
Thank you for the information.
I'll add this to my strategy notes.
I played through the game on normal difficulty while watching the guide.
thank you
I'll add any comments that seem relevant.
In Chapter 12, during the conversation between Sebastian and Frain, Sebastian's strength, skill, agility, defense, and magic defense increase by 1.
In Chapter 14, the dragon in the bottom left with the dragon's fang has dragon scales, so you can steal them.
Flowers on the water, a silver axe (left), and Namitas fruit (right)
In Chapter 15, Fermat and Bellwood's conversation increases your magic power by 1.
Talk to one of the Pegasus Knights who come as reinforcements to obtain the Gale Feather.
Similarly, you can get a magic fruit by talking to one of the members of the Magic Warrior Corps.
In Chapter 18, even if you capture Hikari, it's not game over and you get a lot of experience points.
Characters with abilities that allow them to pass through obstacles or those that can fly can earn experience points if they have the opportunity.
In Chapter 19, during the conversation between Flapin and Flamel, Flapin's skill and agility increase by 1.
In Chapter 21, there's a secret shop in the desert in the mountains on the upper right of the map. The shop sells various doping items x5 and S-rank magic of each attribute x1.
- About the units to raise
に
A B-rank spear (Daedalus's spear) that can only be wielded by knights.
However, the only equipment that can be wielded by knight-type characters is the S-rank sword Excalibur.
Minor details that I probably won't be able to add.
Luca is immune to the Screwdriver (female-specific attack) attack, even when hit by it...
Thank you for the information.
I've added this to the strategy guide notes.
Thank you so much for finding official evidence that Luca is not a woman.
Clearing Hard Mode unlocked the highest difficulty level (Gero Gero Mode).
The final evaluation includes special bonuses for "not obtaining divine artifacts" and "not entering dark, deep labyrinths."
If you have the time, you might enjoy the rest of the story more if you skip the side story in Chapter 21.
The Chapter 21 EX quest will appear even if Libera is a Dark Mage, as long as the conditions are met.
Because there are enemies with a range of 5 or more that are almost immune to damage from anything other than fire-attribute attacks, and that also have attacks that deal instant death damage while ignoring defense.
Having a warrior priestess like Libera who can use fire magic and has the Prayer ability makes things much easier.
By the way, it's possible to clear the game even without the warrior priestess Libera if you make good use of items.
In Chapter 16, you can get a light blue ribbon at a house (with a sign above it) almost directly above the protagonist's starting position, and an item (I think it's the Staff of Confuse) at the inn (with an INN sign) to the right of the protagonist.
Thank you for the information.
I'll add this to my strategy notes.
In Chapter 4, you can obtain items by visiting the building where Ryun appears and the building at the 11 o'clock position in the upper left. The upper left building yields the Staff of Rescue.
Thank you for the information.
I will add this to my strategy notes.
In Chapter 7, the inland area, you can obtain the Magic Sword in a village.
Thank you for the information.
The items you can obtain by visiting the village are not particularly difficult to understand,
We do not aim to provide a comprehensive overview.
note that.
Even on Hard Mode, Chapter EX21 of the battle priestess Libera was not unlocked.
The only conditions I can think of are that I haven't reached level 20 or achieved all S ranks by the end of chapter 20, but what could it be?
In Chapter 10, you will receive the Flame Shield if you keep three militia members alive.
In the first turn, rescue one militia member.
You need to defeat 6 Lesser Demons in the second turn.
It will be difficult unless your mobility and combat power are quite high.
I trained in the side story of Chapter 8.
Chapter 5
You can get Anrok at the house on the far right.
If anyone knows, could you please tell me the conditions for unlocking Chapter 21's side story, "Divine Sword Technique"?
I've played it multiple times, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
I am anonymous.
In Chapter 19 of the Spirit Legends, "The Battle for Loslo Village," the boss Nebiros will retreat when his HP drops below 60.
In this chapter, to level up Hikari, who rejoins the party at Lv1 after a class change, you can steal all of her weapons with the thief Ham, give her a spirit potion, and then steal another spirit potion from Nebiros just before his HP drops below 60 and give it to him. This will allow you to level up Hikari.
At this time, Nepiros will use the spirit potion early, so you should be careful about when you give it to him and when you collect any remaining potions.
In Chapter 23, "The Final Battle," if you have the Dark Magic spell Hell, you can give it to Hikari and defeat the Demon Lord in one turn.
In Chapter 7B, the two Sahagin on the southeastern island of the Two Paths (Coastal Route) can be easily defeated by using Izelia to move Lyra to the northern corner of the island, outside the attack range of the Sahagin, right at the start of the mission.
In Chapter 10, "Recapturing the Royal Capital," after almost completely eliminating the enemies on the east side, if you cross the bridge from the north side towards the magic circle on the west side, a Cyclops (Lv1 HP107 Club) will appear around the time you cross the bridge. Defeating it will earn you a bonus of 25 points.
Chapter 16 Side Story: On the smuggling ship, the turn after I defeated the enemy reinforcements that appeared on my port side (turn 8), three (maybe four) enemy reinforcements appeared in a row from the stairs next to the cannon on the starboard bow of my ship. Seriously, when did they sneak into the cargo hold? (lol)
I can't clear Chapter 21 Side Story EX.
In Rivera, after defeating the scarecrows in a counterattack, I advanced further in only to be told to "fight with your fists" and forced to retreat.
Is it wrong for magic users to move forward?
I'm sorry, but I've never managed to unlock that stage, so I haven't played it.
The strategy for completing it is also unknown.
Since the latest version, 3.00, was released, I'm replaying the game without voice acting.
The graphics for realistic battles were based on character portraits, and climactic scenes featured full-body illustrations, making the game feel more elaborate.
Also, the movement range of lower-level classes has increased compared to the old version (and consequently, the field has also become larger?), so I'm personally grateful that it's less likely for infantry units to be in a situation where they're "just one step away from reaching their destination..."
If your funds at the base in Chapter 6 fall below 1000 gold, a conversation event titled "I'm running out of money...!" will occur, and you can obtain 3000 gold by choosing "Borrow".
(Since Ryun has a backstory of "I'll forget I even lent him a few thousand gold coins" and King Frain said, "If it's not enough, have my daughter rebuild it," I thought maybe... so I reduced my cash and discovered it by chance.)
