This is an introductory article for the short SRPG "savage garbage".
This game largely eliminates the storyline, offering a gameplay experience similar to solving chess puzzles.
It's more of a puzzle game than a strategy role-playing game.
The completion time was approximately 30 minutes.
Game Overview

The main character is a woman (presumably) called "Dust".
You'll fight to survive by fending off bounty hunters who attack you, targeting your dust.
There's only a little text before each stage begins, so the story is more of a flavor text, allowing you to focus on the gameplay.

Unlike typical SRPGs, this game has no character progression elements whatsoever.
Furthermore, you cannot clear the game simply by attacking and defeating enemies in the usual way.
You'll need to use the items you acquire and the protagonist's abilities to solve the puzzles.
Since you can save every turn, you'll likely find a solution by using plenty of save data and experimenting with different strategies as you progress.
In terms of gameplay, you could think of it as something similar to the Faye puzzles in the Mystery Dungeon series' "Shiren the Wanderer."
The key is whether you can understand the game system and recognize the intended solution.
thoughts
I've cleared up to the base in Chapter 5 (that is, I've cleared from the prologue to Chapter 4).
The message indicates that this is all that's playable at the moment, so more content may be added in the future.
It was fun, with just the right level of difficulty.
I'd say the difficulty level is about average.
I think players who have preconceived notions about the SRPG genre will find it more difficult to complete the game.
Carefully examine the effects and skills of the items you acquire, and understand what they do; this should help you find a solution.
The game begins with an introductory chapter, and gradually the variety of actions you can take increases.
I felt that they had taken into consideration the fact that it would be confusing if children were suddenly able to perform many different actions at once.
When you start a stage for the first time and you're not sure what to do, there's a certain guideline in place to help you think, "Well, I guess I have no choice but to move like this for now."
There were a few points that I felt were not explained very well.
There is a weapon that, when equipped, allows you to use a certain command skill. However, after obtaining it, you must equip the weapon in your inventory once and then return to the previous screen before the command skill will appear.
Since the command won't appear just by possessing the weapon, you might be a little confused at times.
Additionally, there are items that allow you to summon allied units, but you won't know what abilities those units possess until you actually summon them.
Since you can save at any time, all you have to do is try calling it up once as a test.
However, to obtain that information without risk, you must use the save and load function.
I felt that it would be more convincing if the explanation were given during information gathering before deployment preparations, rather than in that format.
I've mentioned a few points that bothered me, but the excitement of finding a way to overcome a challenge, trying it out, and succeeding is an irreplaceable feeling of satisfaction.
I don't think there are many possible problem patterns within an SRPG system, so I thought this volume might be just right.
If you're interested, why not give it a try as a brain exercise?
Strategy Notes (Spoiler Warning)
I will write about how to complete each chapter.
I think the fun of this game lies in discovering the strategy yourself, so I only recommend watching this if you're someone who absolutely can't beat it.
There may be other effective strategies besides those listed.
Prologue: Headhunting
First, let's learn the basics: "You can take multiple actions in a row once you defeat an enemy."
In other words, if there are enemies with 1 HP, you can take consecutive actions in one turn by continuously defeating them.
Defeat the enemies to the left of your starting position to obtain the Bronze Gun.
Use the Bronze Gun to defeat enemies with 3 HP, so defeat all other enemies with melee attacks.
Once you've defeated the enemies beneath the boss and obtained the Spark Drive, all you have to do is use it to attack the boss.
Since Spark Drive renders the enemy immobile each time you hit them, you only need to hit them five times to clear the stage.
If other enemies approach while you're attacking the boss, defeat them first before attacking the boss.
Be careful not to use Spark Drive on anything other than the boss, as it may prevent you from defeating the boss completely.
Chapter 1 Armored Soldier
First, you realize you have no choice but to defeat the enemy with 1 HP, so defeat that enemy and obtain the impaling spear.
Once you have it, move towards the enemy to the north, with the luggage between you, first equip the spear with the item, and then use the command "Charge".
Note that commands will not appear until you equip the item.
Once you move to the other side, defeat the enemy with 1 HP to obtain the Bronze Sword, then proceed to defeat the enemies with 3 HP one after another.
Finally, you'll get a strength-enhancing drug, so use it to defeat everyone in a row in one turn and clear the stage.
Chapter 2 Venus
First, defeat the enemy in front of you to obtain the Bronze Gun.
After that, wait just outside the attack range of the enemy below.
While paying attention to the enemy's attack range, defeat them with the bronze gun and advance to the very edge of the boss's lower attack range.
I took down the guy with the bronze knife with the last shot from the bronze gun.Defeat the three enemies on the right side of the boss, excluding the one to his right, to obtain the illusion.
Then, defeat the enemy with Rapid on the left, who is a little distance away, and obtain the item. Finally, move outside the boss's attack range and deploy a decoy at this point.
Place the decoy in a position where it will only be within the boss's attack range.Have the boss defeat the decoy during the enemy's turn (sealing the boss's "First Strike" skill).
In the next turn, move to an attack range that only the boss can use.Equip Rapid and use the item "Illusion".
This way, during the enemy's turn, you can dodge the boss's attack while dealing 30 damage, and then on your turn, you can attack with Rapid to clear the stage.
Chapter 3: Madness
First, defeat the enemy in front of you to obtain the meat cleaver and spike anchor.
after that,Equip the Spike Anchor and use the "Charge" command against the enemy with 36 HP located on the south side of the wall.
Using your meat cleaver, defeat enemies as you head south, pushing through until you reach a section where five enemies are lined up in a zigzag pattern.
There's an enemy with a movement range of 7 at the very bottom, so be sure to defeat it (otherwise you'll be attacked later).
After that, use a charge attack on the boss from a position 10 squares away, and then retreat on the next turn to clear the stage.
Chapter 4: Love & Joy
Either the right or left side is fine, but you should wait right at the edge of the enemy's movement range.
In the next turn, we'll use shurikens to defeat the enemies and make a quick run north.
(Minimal damage is acceptable.)

Once you've advanced north, deploy a decoy and position it so that only one decoy is within Joy's attack range, as shown in the image above, then end your turn.
In this case, if the lower enemy's attack range reaches the decoy, eliminate them beforehand so that only Joy can attack the decoy.
After using the remaining decoy to attack Joy and deal 10 damage, defeat Joy with the Dust R-Maneuver.
After that, eliminate some of the surrounding decoys, then wait in a central location, positioned within Love's attack range, using illusions (don't forget to equip R-Maneuver).
During the enemy's turn, you can dodge Love's attack and counterattack with R-Maneuver to deal 30 damage, then attack again on your turn to clear the stage.
