I played and completed "Londria Story," a simulation RPG made with SRPG Studio.
The gameplay is reminiscent of the Super Famicom games "Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light" and "Mystery of the Emblem," and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
In this article, I'll introduce the game, share my impressions, and offer some tips and strategies.

Game introduction and review
This is a very orthodox SRPG with a stage-clearing system.
The game involves strengthening your party members as you progress through the stages. There are a total of 24 chapters, and in my playtime, it took about 12 hours on hard mode.
The story itself has a lighthearted tone and doesn't feel particularly serious.
Those seeking a more dignified and substantial atmosphere might find it superficial.
Recommended Free Game "Graymerca" (Simulation RPG)
I believe the most noteworthy aspect of this game is its exquisite game balance.
There are four difficulty levels to choose from: Easy, Normal, Hard, and Lunatic.
My impression after playing on hard mode is that it's difficult unless you play with careful thought and strategy.
In particular, if you don't have an ace unit in the early stages of the game, you'll quickly lose characters unless you advance carefully and cautiously.
The inability to save mid-stage also adds to the need for careful play (though you can pause the game). Also, something I personally liked was that even characters who join later in the game become reasonably strong and grow properly.
In previous Fire Emblem games, it often felt like the advanced class characters who joined mid-game had mediocre abilities, and even if you tried to train them, they didn't develop very well.
In this game, I felt that if you used the characters you really liked, many of them would develop to a reasonable degree.
This game doesn't require limiting the starting lineup; it utilizes every single player.
「Heartium"Hartium Introduction, evaluation, and impressions (SRPG Studio(Free-to-play simulation RPG)
I think this game has a good balance that appeals to a wide range of players, from those who don't usually play SRPGs to hardcore players who really dive deep into the game.

Game walkthrough (hard mode)
Before playing
By default, only keyboard operation is possible, but you can enable mouse operation through the configuration settings.
If you want to play with a mouse, you'll need to change the settings. In this game, you generally cannot save mid-stage and restart multiple times.
However, if you absolutely want to start over, you can do so by copying your game save data.
By copying the "interruption.sav" file (interruption data) from the SAVE folder to another folder, you can resume the game any number of times.
Please note that if you resume from where you left off, the data from that interruption will be lost.
However, this method will also destroy the exquisitely balanced difficulty of this game, so we do not recommend using it carelessly.
Basic strategy tips
Early stages
First, let's use a waiting strategy to deal with the enemies coming towards us.
We check the enemy's attack range, and then, when they lunge towards us, we take them down with multiple people. When dealing with the enemy's health bar, it's crucial to attack using methods that won't incur counterattacks, such as long-range attacks.
If a unit takes unnecessary damage, it will take time to heal, reducing the number of attacks it can perform.
Therefore, allied archer and mage units are highly valuable for their role in chipping away at enemy health.
Mid-stage
Once there are no more approaching enemies, we will advance our own forces.
Step into the enemy's attack range, lure them in little by little, and then defeat them.
When using a unit to lure out the enemy, choose one with high defense and equipment that gives it an advantage in the rock-paper-scissors system.Furthermore, as the game progresses, there will be more stages where enemy reinforcements appear.
Enemy reinforcements will generally head towards you, so just like you would with the early-game enemies, intercept them in advantageous terrain.
They don't stay out for very long, so let's patiently wait and earn some experience points.
If you don't want to wait, you can send your ace unit ahead and block the reinforcement points.
Second half of the stage
We'll prepare for the boss fight and check to make sure we haven't forgotten anything in the stage.
Shops selling rare weapons should be visited later in the game when things have calmed down.
Also, repairs at a repair shop are cheaper than buying a new one, so you should take advantage of this option whenever possible.
If you want to grind for experience points by slowly chipping away at the boss's health, make sure to do so while ensuring your safety.
Many bosses have attack ranges up to 2, so when healing characters adjacent to a boss, be careful of attacks during the enemy's turn.
By utilizing the techniques of carrying, swapping, and lowering, you can safely whittle down the boss's health.
How to choose which units to raise
Basically, I recommend raising your favorite character.
Ultimately, you only need 14 players, including Rhea and Rondo, to be developed, so it's a good idea to work backwards and make your selections that way. If you're still unsure, please refer to the following points.
A character who can wield multiple weapons
Given the rock-paper-scissors system, units that can wield multiple types of weapons will have an advantage in battle.
Therefore, a unit that can wield two types of weapons is at an advantage over a unit that can only wield one type.
The same applies to wands and grimoires.
Having one unit that can fulfill two roles is also an advantage.
Characters that can perform indirect attacks
Being able to attack without receiving a counterattack from the enemy is a huge advantage in SRPGs.
In particular, since enemy flying units are troublesome in this game, I think archers will be quite effective.
Additionally, since you can purchase the longbow, a powerful weapon with a range of 2-3, if you're unsure what to do, deploying archers will likely prove useful.
Mounted Unit
Cavalry units generally have high mobility, which is advantageous in all situations.
Furthermore, the "carry" command expands strategic options, as cavalry units can move again after being carried.
Knights and Beast Tamers, for example, are mounted units that can use multiple weapons, so they're usually quite useful if you train them.
A unit with a wide variety of support characters
In this game, there is a "support effect" where having certain characters nearby grants bonuses to accuracy and evasion.
This support effect has a significant impact on combat, so characters with a support relationship with the main character tend to work well together.
Stage walkthrough
I'll be writing down some of the parts I found a little difficult while playing through the game, in the form of strategy notes.
I hope this is helpful.
Chapter 1: "The Beginning"
There's nothing particularly noteworthy, but let's get a feel for the game's early-game balance.
The basic strategy is to lure the enemy in with a character that has high defense, and then surround them with multiple characters.
Chapter 2: "Interception"
A trio of characters inspired by Saji, Maji, and Bartz from Fire Emblem will join your party.
They are a valuable asset in the early stages of the game, so be careful not to let them get defeated.
Also, although Nanna is a thief, she can be useful in the early stages of the game as a high-accuracy finisher with her rapier, so make use of her.
Chapter 3: "The Labyrinth"
Be careful, as there are slimes with an attack range of 1 and slimes with a range that isn't.
The boss doesn't move, but its attack power is high, so be careful of counterattacks after you attack during your turn.
Sometimes, you might be finished off by an attack during your opponent's turn.
Chapter 4: The Knights of Lolitia
It's the same map as the Kingdom of Altea in Fire Emblem.
Azoth, who is trapped in the building, can be persuaded in Rondo, so let's recruit him as an ally.
Azoth won't attack even if you enter its attack range, so if you want to reunite with Rondo quickly, I think it's fine for Ria and the others to take the southern route.
しかし、どのみちアイテムを回収したいので、本隊は西から遠回りするのがいいかなと思います。ロンド隊は回復手段が無いので、砦を利用しながらゆっくりと進軍していきます。
The key to Azoth's building can also be obtained by defeating the enemies to the south, so it's possible to open the door and persuade Nanna without waiting for her.
Bandits will appear as reinforcements from the fort in the upper left, so be careful not to be suddenly attacked.
Chapter 5: "Defeating the Bandits"
You can now select your deployment units from here.
You might feel confused at first, but it's a good idea to decide based on the types of weapons the enemies in that stage are using.
Since there are no enemies with spears on this map, you can safely remove any axe-wielding units, which would give you an advantage in the rock-paper-scissors system.
Chapter 6: "Zerkus Cavalry"
Since there are no enemies wielding axes, units equipped only with swords are at a slight disadvantage.Ideally, we'd like to advance slowly, but there are fleeing bandits and enemy reinforcements, so we need to hurry as much as possible.
By using bridges, you can advance without being surrounded, so use units with high defenses as a shield while you move forward.
Chapter 7: "Nova's Rescue"
The reinforcements of Knights and Beast Tamers are a real headache.
You should be able to handle the Knights with members who have high defense, and the Beast Tamers by preparing multiple archers.A defensive strategy could lead to being overwhelmed, so it's best to advance early to contain the knight reinforcements.
Having frontline units equipped with Cure Leaf so they can heal themselves at any time makes battles much less stressful. This is the most challenging period because your ace units aren't fully developed yet.
Chapter 8: "Defeating the Bandits"
There's a secret shop in the cave where you can buy doping items.
However, it's expensive, so I don't think there's any need to buy it.Jester can be persuaded by Nerissa.
With this being our second healer, we can finally split our advance into two units. The Wind Cutter sold in the shop is especially effective against flying enemies and is quite easy to use.
This is very effective against enemy beast tamers and similar enemies, so from now on, not only archers but also magic-using characters will be able to deal with them.
In this stage, both advance routes are narrow, so concentrating forces on one route won't be very effective.
As the author intended, it would be more efficient to split into two routes: a northern route and a western route. The winning horse in the side story's horse race is random.
By using the automatically generated interruption data, you have a chance of winning.
As a side note, if you interrupt a side story map and restart it from where you left off, you can control your own units.
During this process, you can also earn experience points by defeating spectators who are treated as enemies.
Chapter 9: "The Recapture of Erncia"
Glacé will join your party when Ria visits the village.
This unit is quite useful as it allows allies to act again.
Let's definitely make them our allies.
To defeat the fleeing bandits, let's hurry up with our initial advance.
It's a good idea to send mounted units ahead.
If a Beast Tamer comes at you from the start, prepare some anti-air units and take them out as quickly as possible.
Since it wields a stial lance and has high speed, you'll take a lot of damage if it attacks you again.
Chapter 10: "Escape"
When Rondo visits the blue village, he can obtain the magic book Cascade.
Let's send someone to retrieve the treasure chest in the bottom right.
You can buy a key at the shop, so in the worst-case scenario, you can manage with just Christie. Also, if possible, it would be a good idea to utilize a repair shop.
Repair shops charge significantly less than buying new weapons, so don't use up your valuable weapons; save some for repairs.
9ターン目にマップの北端から敵増援が出現します。
Ankh Noir is a threat because it is equipped with silver gear, has high speed, and high attack power.
Basically, you should run away rather than fight.
Even if the item collector is left behind, a beast tamer can carry them to safety.
Chapter 11: Naval Warfare
Since reinforcements will be coming in quite heavily, it's safer to fight defensively until the reinforcements stop.
Since there are enemy flying units, if you carelessly block the bridge, you will be attacked from all sides.
Be careful, as the boss will start moving once you enter its attack range.
However, defeating the enemy doesn't immediately result in clearing the stage; instead, a capture point will appear.
So, don't worry, you can collect the treasure chests at your leisure after defeating the boss.
Chapter 12: "In the Darkness"
It's a stage that resembles an event map.
Ria's health recovers significantly each turn, so as long as she doesn't take a concentrated attack in one turn, she's pretty much safe.
Move carefully to avoid being surrounded, and take them down one by one.
Chapter 13: "The Sanctuary of Magic"
You can purchase the longbow, a very useful weapon.
They're not that expensive, so if you're using archers, you should definitely stock up on them.
From this point onward onwards, it becomes difficult to win without a key ace unit to carry the battle line.
It's time to start deciding which characters to raise and which not to.
However, the characters who join your party later are strong enough that you can manage to get by to some extent even if you're not particularly skilled.
Chapter 14 “Daisetsuzan”
The stage music is fitting for a snow map; it has a nice, melancholic feel to it.
Since there are many flying enemy units, having well-trained archers will make the battle much easier.
Serge is just a mid-boss and won't join your party, so just defeat him without worrying about him.
Chapter 15: "The Trial"
Since there are many dragon-type enemies, don't hesitate to use dragon-specific weapons.
The dragons won't attack unless you enter their range, so they're not scary if you take them down one by one.
If you have a special attack weapon, this stage is actually easy, so let your character who you want to level up deliver the finishing blow.
Chapter 16: "Counterattack"
You can only recruit one of the following: Genova from the village on the right, or Premier from the village on the left.
Genoa is a mounted unit (Orion Knight) that uses bows, and is useful in this game where bows are powerful.
Premier is a Valkyrie, a unique class that allows her to use spears and axes.
Since they are both cute female characters, the choice of which one to use is a matter of personal preference.
However, if your archer characters aren't leveled up, I recommend strengthening them with Genoa.
Be careful, as all boss characters at enemy bases except for Belaydi will move if you enter their attack range.
Chapter 17: "Siege Warfare"
With a longbow, you can eliminate enemies with long-range attacks, enemies with long-range heals, and fleeing bandits from near their initial positions.
Using archers and bards to defeat them on the first turn will make things much easier. You can talk to Lavaine in Rondo and recruit her as a companion.
Reinforcements will appear from the upper right and lower left of the map, but there is some distance between you and the enemy, so you should be able to deal with them easily.
Be careful, as you might run into reinforcements if you don't deal with the fleeing thieves quickly.
Chapter 18 “Rescue”
Rondo is isolated, but using the Rescue Staff will make it no different from a normal map.
Without any rescue options and if the prince hasn't grown at all, there's a risk of getting stuck, but there are ways to save you.
Dom can be persuaded with Tiaret.
11ターン目に右上から騎馬ユニットが出現し、左上からは賊が出現します。
Being surrounded by mounted units makes it difficult to deal with them, so it's best to infiltrate the fort before reinforcements appear and intercept them at the narrow entrance.
Chapter 19: "Fierce Battle"
Suddenly, cavalry units advance from both the left and right.
Concentrate your forces on one side and stagger the timing of your engagement.
The enemy flying units waiting in the center will fly towards us shortly.
If you decide to play defensively in your starting position, you'll be vulnerable to attacks from three directions, making it extremely dangerous. Reinforcements will arrive from the upper left fort with cavalry units and from the upper right fort with infantry units.
Chapter 20 “Liberation”
You can recruit Ordoff in Wilbert.
This stage involves splitting into two groups and proceeding in different directions.
The enemy units along Leah's advance route are mainly magic-users.
Furthermore, the enemy formations along Rondo's advance route are primarily composed of physical attackers.
Since magic is ineffective against magic-using enemies, incorporate physical units into your strategy. Reinforcements will appear from two stairwells, so be careful not to be overwhelmed by their numbers.
For treasure chests surrounded by walls on all four sides, after you've dealt with most of the enemies, send a unit with the key using a warp wand or similar to retrieve them.
The contents are Thunder Dragon Stones, so you can ignore them if you don't want to bother.
After defeating the boss Destion, the disguised Dark Mage, Flaches, will appear on the spot.
Be careful to defeat them in one go.
Chapter 21: "The Dragon Knights of Galaneia"
Enemy air units are coming in from the north, so first, let's set up a defensive formation to deal with them.
After a while, Gallius will charge in, so use your ace to intercept him.
Suicide attacks are ineffective. Although Gallius and Nova have a pre-battle conversation, the conversation command does not appear, making persuasion impossible.
Alternatively, you can persuade Bernard using Nova.
You can also communicate with Reinhard via Nova, but he won't listen and won't become your ally.
Orson, who sits on the throne, can also be spoken to in Nova, but he cannot be recruited as a party member.
The lines spoken when they are defeated really hit home.
Chapter 22: "Collapse"
Since there's one last repair shop, make sure to get any necessary weapons repaired.
The reinforcements were numerous and of high quality, making it difficult to break through with our forces dispersed.
I think it would be best to either concentrate your forces on one side and advance, or wait at the foot of the mountain until the reinforcements stop coming.
The boss, Arzel, cannot be attacked without Leah's Luminous Flare (an homage to Starlight and Mafu).
Arzel will move if there are enemies within his attack range, so if you lure him to either the right or the left, you can easily capture the enemy base.
If you don't want the hassle of defeating them, this method is perfectly fine.
Chapter 23: "The Decisive Battle"
We will divide the unit into four groups.
I don't think we have enough healers to assign to each character, so let's try to cover the gaps with long-range healing spells and items.Since many dragon and demon-type enemies will appear, be sure to prepare specialized equipment to deal with them.
Enemies that use Judgment to attack from a distance can be easily blocked with the Staff of Silence, making the fight stress-free. Dragons, demons, and dark mages will emerge from the magic circles.
Aim for a quick victory and try to advance as soon as possible.
Even without waiting for the other units to join forces, if any of the four units break through and defeat the boss, the stage will be cleared.
Chapter 24: "The Final Chapter"
Defeat the surrounding enemies first, then focus on attacking the enemies around the final boss.
Since reinforcements will appear in groups of three, divide your team into those that deal with the reinforcements and those that attack the center.
Be careful, because if you don't defeat the enemy in the center with a concentrated attack, they will heal during their turn.Let's go into this with the intention of using all our powerful weapons without holding anything back.
The final boss isn't that strong.
Useful Character Introductions
Finally, I'd like to introduce the characters I used when playing the final stage.
Please note that there are many other characters who can become stronger even if they are not listed here.
rear

As the main character, he had high attack power in the early stages and could also attack again, making him very useful.
However, I gradually became bothered by its flimsy nature and stopped using it as much.
However, since the weapons were favored, there were many situations where they could be used effectively.
Vaike

This unit has been there from the beginning and has grown into an extremely powerful ace.
Since I changed his class to Braver, he had exclusive access to powerful swords and axes, including the Four Sacred Treasures.
While his defensive abilities are a concern, his high HP makes him a tough ace who can make decisive runs.
Oliver

He was an ace who showed strength on par with Vaike.
However, unlike Vaike who cuts down enemies left and right, she had high defense and was a reliable damage dealer who wasn't easily defeated, so I always sent her to the front lines.
Medi

She performed admirably as a healer right from the start.
While combat ability isn't necessary, his support effect on Rondo is useful, so I've chosen him as a regular starter.
Rondo

Since it was a mandatory deployment, I felt I had to train them, and they became reasonably strong.
If you boost its speed or give it a Brave Sword so it can attack again, it will become a valuable asset, so raise it little by little.
Spica

My magic power wasn't increasing at all, so I couldn't change classes for a long time.
To be honest, I feel like I raised them rather than them growing on their own, so I feel like I finished the game before I could really reap any benefits from it.
Genoa

I haven't raised them much, so they're not particularly strong.
However, when equipped with the Brave Bow and used as an anti-aircraft interceptor, its mobility made it an immediate asset.
In this game, I'm once again reminded of how powerful the bow is.
Kevin

He grew faster than Flam and changed classes first.
When the two of them are together, they provide ample support, and I have a strong impression that they performed better on the front lines than their stats would suggest.
However, since it can be risky to operate alone, it's important to have two people working together.
Flam

He was like a less-than-optimal Oliver, and he supported the front lines for a long time alongside Kevin.
They may not stand out particularly, but they are an indispensable, mid-level member of the team.
Hawk

PersonallyMVPThis unit played such an important role in this work that I would like to give them special recognition.
He has high base stats, a long range with his longbow, and is also a favored character in terms of the system as a mounted unit. He's also good-looking.
Equipping Wilderness with a range of 1-3 allows you to wipe out enemies as a one-man army.
Azoth

I was hesitant about whether or not to raise this character as I played the game, but in the end, I ended up raising them.
He wasn't as unstoppable as Vaike, but he did a solid job on the front lines from a slightly more reserved position.
Ciel

I had planned to use Hawk and Lambda as archers, but since Lambda's power level wasn't increasing at all, I swapped him out for Ciel.
She's cute too.
He also performed reliably on the front lines.
Glacé

From the moment he joined the team, he became a permanent starter.
Skills that allow allies to act again are very useful and can be applied in various situations, such as finishing off enemies, healing allies, or leveling up weaker characters.
I boosted their movement speed so they can keep up with mounted units.
She was also given a key and filled in for Nanna, who was dropped from the starting lineup.
In this game, enemies drop keys to treasure chests and doors on maps, or keys are sold in shops, so you won't have much trouble even without a thief.
Christie

I included her in the starting lineup with the intention of her being a healer who can also attack.
However, in reality, I hardly participated in any attacks; my main role was healing.
To be honest, I don't use it that much.
summary
This is a ranking of the most useful characters.
