This is an article introducing "Rockin' Chamber," a psychological mystery x visual novel by Team sweet ampule.
It's a mystery-style visual novel, but it's characterized by its slightly unconventional presentation.
The game took about two hours to complete.
Game Overview

The story begins with a scene of two men in a small white room.
Everett, a man with a disheveled appearance, occasionally had strange dreams in this unchanging room.
However, I wasn't particularly interested in it, and I simply continued to be there listlessly.
Amidst all this, a suspicious-looking man named Laplace, dressed in a white tailcoat, appears, and the dreams I had been having begin to play back like film footage.
Laplace asks Everett to describe in his own words what he sees, and then leaves.
Today, once again, Everett is forced to recount the tragedy that occurred at a guesthouse on a remote island.

Although the footage should have nothing to do with him, Laplace declares to Everett, "You must know them."
What exactly is this video? What is Laplace's purpose? And who is Everett?
The story unfolds with this kind of introduction.
Review (no spoilers)

Unlike typical mysteries, this story isn't about guessing the culprit.
While there is a whodunit element—who is Everett?—the more important question is what the truth really was.
If I had to use an analogy, I'd say it's similar to a game where you have to "find the narrative trick."
Early on, the rules are established: "All the colored parts are true," and "The monochrome parts are highly likely to contain falsehoods."
Following that, there's a section where you select from a list of options what you found strange or unusual about the film you viewed.
If you choose the correct answer, the hidden truth will be revealed, and you will be able to move forward.
Since there aren't many combinations of options, if you're stuck, you should be able to figure it out by trying every single one.

What I liked about this work was the way the answers were revealed little by little.
Typically, mystery stories have a resolution at the end, providing a cathartic moment when all the accumulated mysteries are solved at once.
However, conversely, this means that a clear answer won't be given until the very end, so you'll need to be patient until the last moment.
However, in this work, the mysteries are broken down into small, manageable pieces, and revealed at just the right time.
Each of these mysteries is unexpected, which motivates you to keep reading the story.
And at the very end, a truth awaits that will completely overturn the reader's expectations.
If I say too much, I might spoil the game's appeal, so I hope those who are interested will give it a try.
Its compact size and accessible nature make it easy to recommend to others, which I think is a major appeal.
The production team behind this work, "sweet ampoule," has created many other interesting works in the past.
In this blog as well,LOOP THE LOOP seriesWe have introduced the following:
The original graphics and background music are of high quality, and it's incredibly fortunate that this is available to play for free.
The background music, especially the piano melodies, is melodious and memorable.
(My favorite background music tracks are "Ominous Shadow" and "Lost Child of the Heart.")
The answer to Laplace's final problem and my thoughts (contains spoilers)
These questions are necessary to read the epilogue, which is unlocked after completing the main story.
With 10 questions, and no idea which one is correct, it would be difficult to clear it by brute force.
It might be rude to ask, but I'll include the answer and explanation to the problem.
Please be aware if you want to solve it on your own.
The answer is written at the bottom of the image below.
By the way, I passed it on the first try, so please praise me.
⚠ The following contains spoilers and answers ⚠
Question 1: Because I loved Hanehoshi as a person.
It's important to note that the comments about public opinion were just Yuno's insults.
Saying "as a member of the opposite sex" is clearly wrong.
Question 2: Because I thought that Hanehoshi would suffer even more in the future.
He did yell that in the main story, the first one is clearly wrong, and there's no particular mention of the second one.
Question 3: Because I hated myself so much.
You might hesitate for a moment, but if you're second, you probably won't be too shocked.
I wasn't really convinced by number 3 either, so I think it's going to be number 1 after all.
Question 4: To become the gender that is loved by the person you like.
By process of elimination, it is determined to be the third option.
Question 5: Getting married and having children
They talked about it in the main story, didn't they?
Question 6: Because he was an 'ordinary' person to Hanehoshi.
It might be a little difficult.
Regarding the second point, it also applies to Nakai-san, so it's not a valid reason.
Indeed, does this mean that all the characters except for Maezono are not "normal"?
The Goto couple seems normal, but the fact that they are sexless might mean that their definition of "normal" differs from what Hanehoshi imagines.
Question 7: Delusions caused by guilt and escapism
The scene of total annihilation is in black and white, so it's not something that actually happened.
The second one is nonsense, so the third one must be the answer.
Question 8: Because Hanehoshi didn't want to remember.
You might hesitate a little for the second one, but simply put, it's number one.
Question 9: No one's death has been confirmed.
This is probably the most confusing part, but it hasn't been confirmed that Hisashi and Yuno are dead.
Since Iwasa, who has medical knowledge, instructed Yuno to "not move her head" when she released her, she should still be breathing.
As for Hisashi, all we know is that he cut his wrists and is bleeding, but no one has been able to confirm whether he is dead or not.
Therefore, the correct answer is that no one's death has been confirmed.
・Question 10 Chikei Kakuri
This is obvious.
